As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an Ecommerce Fulfilment & Customer Support Assistant to join us in Ferrybank, Co. Waterford.

This role combines customer service, ecommerce support and fulfilment, and will suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work as well as helping customers in a friendly and professional way. From answering order queries and handling customer calls and emails, to picking, packing and dispatching orders, this person will play an important role in the day-to-day running of Connecting to Nature.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and happy to work independently, while also being part of a small and supportive wider team.
