Create a natural looking spring display

Create a relaxed, natural-looking spring garden with our Naturalistic Spring Bulb Collection. Combining carefully selected spring-flowering bulbs including Muscari, Wild Tulips and Drumstick Alliums, this collection has been designed to weave naturally through borders, gravel gardens and wildlife-friendly planting, providing a succession of colour from early spring into late spring.

Rather than flowering all at once, each variety emerges in turn. From the rich blue flowers of Muscari, through the delicate blooms of Wild Tulips, to the architectural Drumstick Alliums, the display evolves naturally over several months, creating lasting seasonal interest while supporting pollinators.

Ideal for naturalistic planting schemes, cottage gardens, meadow edges and mixed perennial borders, these bulbs return year after year, gradually forming beautiful drifts that look increasingly at home in the landscape.

Perfect For

This collection is particularly well suited to naturalistic planting schemes, wildlife-friendly gardens, meadow edges, gravel gardens, cottage gardens and mixed perennial borders, where the bulbs can naturalise over time and create increasingly beautiful drifts each spring.

Planting Tip

For the most natural effect, gently scatter the bulbs across the planting area and plant them where they land. Group bulbs in small drifts rather than straight lines or formal blocks to recreate the relaxed patterns found in nature.

Why We Love It

Naturalistic planting is all about creating gardens that feel effortless, relaxed and full of life. We love how this collection weaves through existing planting, extending the flowering season while providing colour, movement and valuable food for pollinators throughout spring.
